My name is Wendi Standley with the Pacific Northwest Home Team. I have the honor of selling real estate in one of the fastest growing areas; the Tri-Cities. I love working side by side with my clients to ensure an easy, joyful process. As a full-time agent, my eye is constantly on market trends and available investment opportunities.

I’ve combined my 15 years of experience as a Realtor, my involvement in the community, and my personal real estate investments to assist Buyers, Sellers, and Investors with their real estate goals. My background in house flipping has shaped a particular appreciation for what it takes to be a homeowner and how to assist the buyer in seeing the possibilities of their “fixer-upper”.
